You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your Account. 88win reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming the accuracy of any information provided at registration at any time.
Your registered Pakistani mobile number serves as your primary Account identifier on 88win. It is also your designated channel for OTP-based two-factor authentication and for linking JazzCash or EasyPaisa payment methods to your Account. You must ensure your registered mobile number remains active and accessible at all times.
88win reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any Player at any time. Documents typically requested include a valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back), proof of payment method ownership, and in certain cases, proof of address. Accounts that remain unverified following a KYC request will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
88win will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purportedly from 88win that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.
You agree to notify 88win immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 88win accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
88win strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA can be activated from your Account security settings and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access even in the event that your password is compromised.
88win currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa debit card, and Mastercard debit card. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits applicable to your Account tier are displayed in the cashier section of your Account dashboard.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals from verified Accounts are processed within 60 seconds in the vast majority of cases during normal operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) business hours. 88win does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.
By depositing funds on 88win, you warrant that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the legal owner of the payment method being used. 88win reserves the right to conduct source of funds verification checks as part of its compliance obligations. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts not registered in your name may be declined or held pending verification.
Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Additionally, any active bonus funds must be either fully wagered or forfeited before a withdrawal of real-money funds can be processed. 88win reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if there are reasonable grounds to suspect Account misuse, fraud, or pending compliance reviews.
All bets and wagers placed on 88win are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, betting market, or casino game, as published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that specific game or market only.
Sports betting markets on 88win — including cricket betting, PSL match betting, and UFC markets — are governed by the market-specific rules published within each betting section. 88win reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly incorrect odds resulting from data feed errors. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed, not the odds at which the bet was initially viewed.
All casino games on 88win — including slots, live dealer games, and instant games — use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live studio equipment audited by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot and table game titles. Participation in casino games is voluntary, and outcomes are determined by certified chance mechanisms.
88win reserves the right to void any bet, game round, or casino transaction where a technical fault, software error, or data feed error has materially affected the outcome. Where possible, 88win will restore affected Account balances to their pre-error state. 88win's determination of the pre-error balance shall be final and binding.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 88win Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without 88win's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88win and its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and partners shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
88win does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free from errors or security vulnerabilities at all times. 88win shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.
By using the 88win Platform, you acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk, that outcomes are determined by chance, and that no form of return on wagers can be guaranteed. 88win's total aggregate liability to you in any calendar year shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to 88win during that calendar year.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88win holds its international gaming license.
